1. We commit to never sharing anything about you or the information you disclose to us without your explicit and advanced consent.

2. https://www.ysr.la is built on Google Sites and uses Google Ads for visibility, but we do not include the additional tracking features (probably to  our own  detriment) because your security and confidentiality is more important to us than the effectiveness of our ad campaigns.

3. We do not accept responsibility or liability for  any tracking conducted by Google by virtue of the page being on Google Sites, Google  Ads or Google Lead submission forms. We do thoroughly encourage you to use ad blockers and tracking-blocking features of your web browser.

4. All communications with us are stored Encrypted-at-rest and are only visible  to ysr.la  team members. 

5. In the event of a pre-consultancy meeting, we will provide a preliminary NDA with primarily binds us to the confidentiality of your data.

6. In the event of ongoing consultancy engagement, we will provide a mutually-binding NDA which protects your confidential data and the methods of our craft.
